GAINESVILLE, FL — October 9, 2019 — Concept Companies, a Gainesville headquartered full-service real estate development and construction firm, has announced the commencement of construction on a new office and lab building in Copeland Park for Lacerta Therapeutics, a clinical-stage gene therapy company. The 12,950 square foot building is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2020.
