Gainesville, Fla. – April 30, 2021 – Colliers International’s GNV Commercial Advisory Team has successfully represented Parkwood Alachua Land Investments, Inc. (the seller), in the closing of a 0.40-acre land parcel located at 11995 W. Newberry Road in Gainesville, Florida to Concept Development, Inc. (Concept Companies), the development partner of O2B Kids!. Concept was represented by Swift Creek Realty and the transaction closed on April 21, 2021.

With this land purchase, O2B Kids! plans to build a new facility that will include a 7,836 SF building as well as a 6,910 SF playground.
