In 2019, Concept Companies developed a freestanding 6,000 +/- square foot internal medicine clinic in Southwest Gainesville for HCA Florida North Florida Internal Medicine. Located in Markets West on Tower Road, the medical office provides 20 exam rooms, staffed by five attending physicians and 60 resident physicians from North Florida’s Graduate Medical Education Program. The facility offers primary care to internal medicine patients, or those dealing with chronic disease or complex medicine, with a goal of serving 6,000 patients yearly.
