In 2019, Concept Companies completed a new coffee shop and lobby for Opus Coffee located in the heart of the Innovation District in Gainesville, FL. The project involved the completion of an existing dark shell area on the ground floor of the four-story, 800 Second building, and the creation of a vibrant and inviting space for coffee enthusiasts and professionals alike.

With 2,346 square feet of space, Opus Coffee offers a wide range of coffee drinks, pastries, and light bites in a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The design of the space was inspired by the modern and innovative spirit of the Innovation District, with a mix of natural and industrial materials, warm lighting, and plenty of natural lighting.
