Concept Companies was selected in 2020 as the developer for a new 42,500 square feet, build-to-suit lab space for Resilience on the heels of a federal government contract for the company to expand production capabilities, including vaccines and therapeutics for COVID-19 once finalized. Construction was completed in 2021.
